We are Futures Sports Limited, Company Number 06698639, our registered office is The Haddons, West Haddon Road, Ravensthorpe, Northampton NN6 8ET.
4.1. When making changes, the price of your new arrangements will be based on the price that applies on the day you make your change.
4.2. You may transfer your booking to someone else if you give us at least 7 days’ notice in writing or by email and the new person accepts the transfer and the terms of our Booking Terms and Conditions. You will be responsible, together with the new person, for our amendment fees and any costs because of the change.
4.3. Cancellation of any transport requested within 14 days of the holiday cannot be refunded.
4.4. Alterations or additions may be made to your booking and travel arrangements either in writing or by email. Some changes may incur an additional fee.

5.1. If you wish to cancel the booking or any part thereof you must notify us immediately in writing or by email. Until written confirmation is received we will continue to hold your reservation. All cancellations will be acknowledged. Cancellations, for any reason (including for a pandemic such as COVID-19) incur the following charges on the total booking value:

6.1. If we cancel your holiday, except where it’s because you haven’t paid or because the attendee has been disruptive, you can have a refund from us or accept a replacement holiday from us of a similar standard and price if we are able to offer one. We will also refund the difference if the replacement holiday is of a lower price.
7.1. Occasionally, we may need to make a major change to your holiday such as a change of venue or date. If we tell you about a major change after you book your holiday, you can accept the new arrangements offered by us; accept a replacement holiday of the same or similar standard and price at the date of the change (we will refund the difference in price if the replacement holiday is a lower price at the date of the change), if we are able to offer you one; or cancel your holiday with us and receive a full refund.
8.1. We require that all attendees who are ill or infectious be kept at home for the full duration of their ailment, and for 48 hours after the last symptom occurs.
8.2. We will only administer medication for children (U18) if it has been prescribed by a doctor or other healthcare professional or non-prescribed medication with the express permission of the relevant parent/guardian.
8.3. Essential prescribed medication including Epipens must be handed in to the Camp Director for safe keeping.
8.4. In the event of an accident, first aid will be administered to children in our care, and emergency services will be called if necessary.
9.1. We have a responsibility for ensuring the well-being and safety of all children and young people in our care. We follow a zero tolerance policy on discrimination, bullying and persistent poor behaviour of any kind, irrespective of any special needs. On rare occasions, and in more serious cases, we reserve the right to ask parents/guardians to remove children from camp either for the remainder of the day (part exclusion), or for the rest of the holiday (full exclusion). No refund will be made for any remaining days booked, and any costs associated with the exclusion will be the parents/guardians’ responsibility.
9.2. We reserve the right to exclude a child at any time prior to or during a session due to illness. The parent/guardian will be expected to come and collect their child.
10.1. All personal property is your responsibility, unless loss or damage is proven to be due to Futures Sports negligence.
10.2. If anything is missing when your son or daughter leaves Camp, please let the Camp Director know about it right away as there may still be time to find it before Camp closes down at the end of the season.
10.3. Expensive and treasured items such as but not limited to jewellery, music players, high value mobile phones, designer clothes/shoes/trainers, etc., should not be brought to camp as they are often unnecessary and inappropriate on an activity holiday.
11.1. Some of our events include excursions and offsite activities. All our usual standards of care and supervision apply. All children may participate in off-site events unless we specifically receive written notification to the contrary from parents or guardians.
12.1. The copyright of all photography appearing on our website or in our brochures belongs to Futures Sports. No reproduction may be made without prior permission from the company.
12.2. We may use photographs in future brochures, website and social media. Please inform Futures Sports if you do not want your child’s photograph taken
13.1. Some camps may not offer the full complement of activities listed due to site restrictions. Alternative activities will always be available. The timetables for certain activities are subject to alteration in the event of wet weather conditions, or other factors which are beyond our control.
13.2. In the event sessions are cancelled due to safety reasons, or factors beyond our control, we will not be contractually obliged to give any refund, but we will look at every case on its own merits.
14.1. We accept responsibility for personal injury and for loss and damage generally, but only if caused by the proven negligence of the company or its employees.
14.2. We do not accept responsibility for events which are outside of our direct control. These include (but not exclusively) force majeure events such as strikes, bad weather, pandemics, war, etc. and injury, loss or damage that may occur while we are using third parties or subcontractors such as transportation companies.
14.3. In the unlikely event that a problem or difficulty is experienced you must tell our Camp Director straight away so they can solve the issue. If the Camp Director is not available you should contact the Futures Sports Duty Phone on 07541 153376. If the Camp Director is unable to resolve the difficulty, then you should write or email us at our Head Office within 10 days of your holiday. We will only consider compensation for complaints if both of these conditions are met.
15.1. All attendees in our care are covered by our Public Liability Insurance.
15.2. You will be responsible for sourcing your own appropriate travel/cancellation insurance.
16.1. We have legal obligations in relation to safeguarding and child protection and any suggestion of child abuse or neglect will be reported to the England Hockey Safeguarding Team or the relevant local authority.
17.1. To process your booking, we need to collect personal details about you and your children. We will treat this information as confidential and keep it secure, complying with all relevant UK legislation. We will use your email address and telephone number to contact you with information that relates to any bookings that you make and any information that we might need that relates to the welfare of your child. We would also like to use some of your details to tell you about our products and services and will ask for your consent during the booking process. You may unsubscribe at any time.
* The term holiday refers to any product, camp, event or booking made with Futures Sports.
