Bisham Abbey National Sport Centre provides world-class sporting facilities for individuals, the local community and some of the country’s leading sportsmen and women. It is the home of England Hockey, GB Hockey and many UK Olympic Sports Federations.

Futures has delivered Camps at Bisham Abbey since 2001 with the support of local clubs and England Hockey staff and players, many of who join us on Camp each year.

What's on at Bisham Abbey?

Due to lack of available accommodation, no Camps are currently planned at Bisham Abbey for Summer 2025. Our Talent, Performance and Elite Camps have been moved to Oundle School.

Residential Camps (including Day options)

Bisham Abbey is the venue for our FIH World Hockey Camp partner programme of Residential Hockey Camps.

Our Performance Camp has day and residential options, whilst the Elite Camp is only residential due to the intensity of the programme.

Accommodation is across two locations:

Shiplake College - modern school boarding houses with single occupancy rooms, usually hosting the Elite Camp.

Bisham Abbey - Hotel accommodation at the National Sports Centre usually used by athletes from the various world class programmes based at Bisham. All twin rooms.
